Virtualize from 1 to 30 + servers using the essentials bundles. These bundles differ from enterprise licensing in that they come with everything needed; license, vcenter, esx, etc.
One caveat, this licensing type differs from the enterprise licensing in that there are no upgrade paths to any other versions of VMWare. Once you choose one and buy it, if you grow out of it or decide you need more functionality, you will have to buy new licenses.

I use the HP mini-note at home for all of my surfing and to play games online, like poker, Soduku, Chess, etc...it's perfect for that type of thing.
It's also great for kids...unless they are using it for school work. For that, I still believe you need something with a bigger display and more processing power so that you can open multiple windows without pulling your hair out.

Google with a new operating system to challenge Microsoft...should be interesting
Google Inc. is hoping to gain greater control over how personal computers work with its plans to develop a free operating system that will attack Microsoft Corp.'s golden goose — its long-dominant Windows franchise.
The new operating system will be based on Google's 9-month-old Web browser, Chrome. Google intends to rely on help from the community of open-source programmers to develop the Chrome operating system, which is expected to begin running computers in the second half of 2010.
